Bought a 2016 fiat 500x here in 2017. I’ve had it for 5 years and love it. Warranty has expired but I made am appointment online to have a look at my breaks and tires. I found out there was a recall and I they performed the work and gave me a loaner. Nice shop manager Christian. Josiah sold me the car originally and he’s still there after 5 years. Says something about a business if it retains it’s employees.

I received first-rate service on my latest visit to Rairdon's service department. I received a fast and accurate diagnostic on the vehicle and, with all work necessary to perform, I was on the road in a little over two hours. I had work done at Rairdon's 7 months ago which involved a wiring harness replacement; an extensive teardown to complete. Flawless deal. Steve, the GM was great to work with. Due to my schedule, I asked him, in the beginning, to get everything set up with my husband. He was in constant communication with him over every area of the deal. Dennis was wonderful to work with regarding the review of my trade and showing me the Tesla I wanted to buy. Was a little disappointed that they were ready to give our Alfa back to us without verifying the main problem that we had. We had brought this in three times now. I bought my FIat elsewhere but it came with an extended warranty. I had a warning light. Brought it in. Joe handed me al loaner car and fixed the issue. The communication was excellent and I I didn’t have any issues.

Staff was friendly and got me in and out fast. Car only had one key and also no front license plate holder (in a state that front plate is required) but Its on me because I didn't notice. So I will be out another $750 which is a bummer. But I do love the car.

I brought the car in after easily making an appointment. As I pulled passed the sales area to the service area those Ghiblis and Giulias were enticing. The recall repair was quick, but still allowed enough time for an espresso triplicare. I have all of my servicing done at Rairdon and am very comfortable doing so. Miscommunication about when I bought my car, about what dealership and who I get my oil changes from as a part of my warranty, issues finding what I was told, long story short they waved my oil change fee because I was told it was covered under my warranty package and it ended up not being. They were very gracious with me, covered the fee anyways while I made phone calls diving into what the problem and miscommunication was. Very thankful!! Excellent service! Will come back.
